Process

1.) Establishing a Budget

With a few pictures on your phone and some basic room dimensions we can quickly generate a solid budget for your project at our first meeting. This typically happens in our showroom where you can review all of the products we offer. At this initial meeting, your desired timeline and budget will be thoroughly discussed to ensure ideal outcomes.

2.) Initial Estimate & Design Agreement

When you have approved the project design and budget, the next step is to formally engage Living Tree Property Solutions to proceed. We will immediately begin by finalizing subcontractor quotes, finish selections, and final pricing. A Design Agreement is drawn up which details every aspect of your project and outlines the required deposit so work can proceed.

3.) The Project Begins

After an onsite visit to verify all aspects of the project has been conducted, subcontractors are scheduled based on workflow and optimal efficacy. Leveraging my extensive network of subs ensure you have the very best craftsmen and skilled trades professionals at the lowest cost. 

As your Project Manager, I am available 24/7 to answer questions, overcome any communication issues with subcontractors, and ensure prompt service in the joint goal to finish your project on time and within budget. 

4.) Completion

Once all work has been done, I look forward to reviewing everything to ensure your complete satisfaction. We will schedule a follow-up site visit to discuss any service issues with which you might be unsatisfied. A punch list will be created and I will contact the appropriate subcontractor to develop a plan to remediate the problem
